5.2 Nevada Residents (SB 220)
Nevada residents may direct us to not sell certain “covered information.” While we do not sell personal information, you may still submit a verified request via the methods above. We will confirm within 60 days.
6. Data Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security testing.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Back‑ups are deleted or anonymized within 90 days unless a legal hold applies.
8. Children Under 16
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. Users aged 13‑15 must obtain verifiable parental consent.
9. International Transfers
We currently host data in the United States. If we transfer personal information across borders, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be announced via the Services or by email.
